We’re developing a hands-on production facility on 17 private acres in East Texas. This space is built for filmmakers, photographers, set builders, cosplayers, practical FX artists, reenactors, and storytellers who need a place to shoot, build, stage, or collaborate.

This form helps us connect with people who may want to use the space, be part of early development, or stay in the loop as Black Bay grows.
